Reformer Pilates
Reformer Pilates is practised on a specialised machine using springs and a sliding platform to create dynamic yet controlled movement.
This method strengthens, lengthens, and refines body awareness at the same time: it is gentle on the joints while deeply activating the muscles.
With the support of the machine, strength, balance, and posture can be developed effectively — making Reformer Pilates an excellent choice for both prevention and rehabilitation.
