Musculoskeletal pain, rehabilitation, and returning to an active life —
with a personalised approach.
Whether you’re dealing with lower back or neck pain, joint issues, post-surgery recovery, or postnatal rehabilitation, my goal is to help you regain pain-free movement and confident body awareness.
Following physiotherapy, we continue with Pilates-based strengthening to build a stable, strong, and resilient body.
Through personalised exercise sequences, the work supports the body’s regeneration, improves posture, and restores balance within the musculoskeletal system.
We don’t focus only on relieving symptoms — we also explore the underlying causes, so the changes you experience are real and lasting.
Every step of the process follows your pace, allowing you to feel truly comfortable in your body again.

My methods

Personalised physiotherapy
Each process begins with a thorough assessment, ensuring that movement responds precisely to your body’s needs.
The exercises take into account your current capacity, any pain you may have, and previous injuries.
The goal is not only symptom relief, but restoring the body’s natural balance.

Functional movement improvement
The functional approach focuses on the quality of everyday movements.
The exercises we practise together help retrain healthy movement patterns, improving stability, strength, and coordination.
As a result, your body functions more efficiently and safely in daily life.

Pilates-based strengthening after rehabilitation
After rehabilitation, gradual and mindful loading is essential.
Pilates-based strengthening focuses on the deep muscles, supports the joints, and helps rebuild strength without overloading the body.
This phase creates a bridge between recovery and an active lifestyle.

Prevention and long-term solutions
Prevention begins with understanding your body’s signals and developing healthy movement habits.
Our work together aims for lasting change — not just short-term relief.
You’ll receive tools that support pain-free, unrestricted movement in the long run.
Complementary therapies
Visceral therapy
Visceral therapy helps restore deep balance in the body through gentle mobilisation of the internal organs and surrounding connective tissues.
This manual technique releases tension, improves blood and lymph circulation, and supports the natural movement of the organs.
It can be especially effective when musculoskeletal pain, digestive issues, or other physical symptoms are connected through internal relationships.
Cupping therapy
The vacuum effect of cupping loosens adhered tissues and stimulates circulation in deeper layers.
A gentle yet profound method for releasing stiffness, tension, and local pain.
A natural support that helps your body move more freely and with greater ease again.
FDM – Fascial Distortion Model
According to the FDM approach, pain and restricted movement often originate from distortions in the fascia — the connective tissue network that runs throughout the body.
Targeted manual techniques help restore tissue function and reduce pain quickly.
An effective option for acute complaints, strains, sports injuries, or long-standing musculoskeletal issues.
Kinesiology taping
Kinesiology tape reduces strain on injured or overworked areas while supporting natural movement.
A fast, painless, and versatile complement to other therapies — it aids recovery, provides stability, and preserves freedom of movement.

Frequently Asked Questions
How long is a session, and how many sessions will I need?
A session usually lasts 45–60 minutes.
The number of sessions depends on your condition and your goals. After the first appointment, I’ll offer a realistic, personalised plan tailored specifically to you.
Do I need a medical referral?
No referral is required for private sessions.
However, if you have any previous medical reports or imaging results (such as X-rays or MRI scans), please bring them with you — they can greatly support a more accurate assessment.
What should I bring to my first session?
Please wear comfortable clothing (ideally shorts and a sporty top), and bring any previous medical reports as well as relevant information about your symptoms or condition.
Do you also offer online sessions?
Yes — online physiotherapy sessions are available if that feels more convenient for you.
Book your session and let’s begin the journey towards pain-free, easeful movement — together.
If you feel the time has come to move with more lightness and freedom, I warmly welcome you for a personal consultation.
